In-Town Charmer

This residence, owned by an interior designer who was a frequent collaborator in many of YFI’s projects, asked YFI to transform this small cottage into what became an architectural statement.  A few years later, YFI returned to the home and renovated the existing garage into a design studio and office on the second floor with the garage below on the first level.
