Dramatic Ocean Vistas

These clients had an existing home on this site for a number of years.  They decided to make this their primary residence so after a number of design meetings, the existing home was removed and this stunning home was built in its stead.  It features a very open concept design;  only one room deep in most parts of the home so that the ocean can be viewed from almost every room.  The residence affords the owners’ with a great deal of privacy but could not have been constructed so close to the water had the existing home not been on the site originally.
