This lovely home of Lake Winnipesaukee was YFI’s first build on the lake, The previous contractor, who was initially scheduled to build the home had to bow out, so TMS Architects asked YFI to handle the construction. Fortunately the residence was still in the early design phase so YFI had time to get to know the clients and the design requirements. The result was a home that called on YFI to use all of its skills and craftsmanship to create the intricate interior and exterior trim details.
