Beachfront Home

Memories of beachfront living spurred these homeowners to build a year-round beachfront home that could serve as a gathering spot for their extended families to enjoy comfortably.  The primary living areas of the home were designed to be on the second floor to maximize the view while bedrooms are on the third floor and the lower level has room for guests as well as quiet space for TV viewing and games as well as space for a wine cellar.
